Memorial Day weekend '09

It was good to get out of the car and be crazy!

It was a beautiful day to visit Mid-America Science Museum in Hot Springs, AR!

So many marvelous things!

It was a hair raising experience for Brandy and Dameon! :) An electrifying trip no doubt!

Sunday was anything BUT sunny. It rained all day, so we piled into the front of the tent for a soggy breakfast.

Rain didn't dampen Bailey's experience

or the boys' appetites though!

A raccoon robbed our cooler, so we had to go out for Taylor's BBQ. Then is was on to DQ for a yummy treat!

It was so wet Sunday that we just slept in the car and caught the thievin' varmints back for seconds!! (They did provide us some comic relief though after our VERY soggy day!)

Yeah!!! They finally got a chance to swim and play in the water! They were good sports.

Love the feeling of sandy mud between the toes,
or perhaps like Dameon, you prefer a mud bath - part of the Hot Springs experience.

It was nice to get out on the pontoon and enjoy the lake in the dry (for the most part) for awhile.

So relaxing!
